In the second petition, the plaintiffs requested that Jokowi be declared to have made false statements and/or provided false documents in the form of elementary, junior high, and high school diplomas on behalf of Joko Widodo.
Meanwhile, in the third petition, the plaintiff requested that Jokowi be declared PMH for submitting a diploma document containing false information and/or providing false documents, as a complete requirement for his candidacy to fulfill the provisions of Article 9 Paragraph (1) letter r of KPU Regulation Number 22 of 2018 , to be used in the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Election process for the 2019-2024 period.
