KNews.id- The lawsuit over the alleged use of President Joko Widodo’s fake diploma, which was brought to the Central Jakarta District Court, is entering a new phase. Jokowi was previously sued for allegedly using a fake diploma when he participated in the 2019 presidential election.
The lawsuit was filed by a resident named Bambang Tri Mulyono on Monday (3/10) and registered in case number 592/Pdt.G/2022/PN Jkt.Pst with the classification of cases against the law (PMH).
Bambang Tri Mulyono is the author of the book Jokowi Undercover who was imprisoned some time ago. Apart from Jokowi, the other defendants in this case are the General Election Commission (KPU), the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR), and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.
