This time, to encourage the advancement of the oil & gas industry, BRI has again collaborated with PT Pertamina Lubricants in the form of providing vendor facilities, financing outlets, and Ceria loans.
The cooperation agreement between BRI and Pertamina Lubricants was signed on Wednesday (20/1) at the PT Pertamina Lubricants Oil Center Building. Through this collaboration, BRI and Pertamina Lubricants will get many benefits to support the business of each company.
“The signing of the collaboration between BRI and Pertamina Lubricants shows the company’s seriousness in establishing mutually beneficial cooperative relationships with various parties. Since now, BRI has been able to measure credit for working capital and other banking facilities to each outlet and vendor that collaborates with Pertamina Lubricants, “said BRI’s Director of Institutional and SOE Relations, Agus Noorsanto.
There are at least two advantages that Pertamina Lubricants can achieve through this collaboration. First, the collaboration with BRI allows Pertamina Lubricants to be guaranteed work completion by vendors, because they receive financing facilities from BRI.
Second, this cooperation accelerates the time for receiving Pertamina Lubricants bill payments from outlets that make payments to distributors, and increases sales of Lubricants products to end users. This acceleration allows Pertamina Lubricants’ cash flow management to run more efficiently.
For BRI, the benefits that have been achieved are the opportunity for the company to channel financing to the best vendors and outlets for Pertamina Lubricants with mitigated risks. Second, this cooperation enlarges the market share of banking services outside of financing services, but also in other services and products.
“The provision of working capital credit facilities to the best vendors and outlets for Pertamina Lubricants is one of BRI’s commitments in supporting Indonesia’s economic growth. With this support, it is hoped that Pertamina Lubricants’ services to all customers can be more optimal, “he said.
For the record, the collaboration between BRI and Pertamina Lubricants has actually been established since several years ago. Currently, Pertamina Lubricants is one of the companies using BRI services in terms of managing operational demand deposits and distributor financing.
Services to Pertamina Lubricants, its subsidiaries, as well as the vendors and outlets involved can be carried out by BRI maximally by relying on the entire network of BRI work units in all regions. It is also possible that the cooperation between the two companies will continue and can be improved in the future. (Ade)
