KNews.id- Saudi Arabian Finance Minister Mohammed Al-Jadaan said his country’s investment in Iran could happen quickly. It is known that Saudi Arabia and Iran last week agreed to restore diplomatic relations.
“Saudi investment has opportunities in Iran,” Al-Jadaan said in his speech at the International Financial Sector forum, Wednesday (15/3) quoted by Anadolu Agency’s website.
Al-Jadaan said he saw no challenges or obstacles to launching investments in Iran. “We are committed to the principles of our agreement with Iran. The leadership has made it clear that the region is stable and capable of providing for people’s needs, investment and prosperity,” he said.
“Iran is our neighbor and will remain so for hundreds of years to come. I don’t see any obstacles to the normalization of our relations, especially in the areas of investment and economic development,” Al-Jadaan added.
