Then, the second focus of Bank Mandiri is to accelerate the digitization process. The acceleration of digital banking services aims to facilitate customer transactions and increase the convenience of banking services, such as opening accounts online. In addition, Bank Mandiri also focuses on the sustainability of its performance in the medium to long term.
In the long term, Bank Mandiri will continue to build its digital banking capabilities through various means, such as improving mobile banking features, collaborating with e-commerce, and automating the retail credit process. Panji believes that increasing digital banking capabilities will be the key to success in order to be able to move forward and be successful in the future.
