KNews.id- Inarno Djajadi was appointed as the President Director of the Indonesia Stock Exchange or IDX for the period 2018-2021 replacing Tito Sulistio. The decision was stated in a letter issued by the Financial Services Authority with the number S-74/D.04/2018, Friday, June 22 2018.
Quoted from the IDX’s official website, Inarno, a man born in Yogyakarta, December 31, 1962, is currently still serving as Commissioner of the IDX. He has held this position since June 2017. Apart from being a Commissioner of the IDX, Inarno is still the President Commissioner of PT CIMB Sekuritas Indonesia.Inarno completed his studies as a bachelor of economics from Gadjah Mada University in 1988. A year later, he started his career by becoming a Treasury Officer at PT Bank Uppindo.
Inarno’s career continued to climb when he was appointed as Director of PT Aspac Upindo Sekuritas for the period 1991-1997. Subsequently, he became a Director at PT Mitra Duta Sekuritas in 1997-1999. He was also listed as a Director at PT Widari Securities in 1999.
In 2003-2009, Inarno became President Director of PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI). Still at the same company, he became a commissioner for the 2013-2016 period. At its peak, he served as president commissioner of the company in 2013-2016. Inarno was also listed as President Commissioner of PT Maybank Kim Eng Securities in 2013-2014.
Meanwhile, in the midst of his busy life, his career at the IDX will end in June-July 222022. Now, he is competing to reach the number one position in the Financial Services Authority (OJK). (AHM)
